Questions we're asked a lot.

Where is Syntari based?

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. We work across the six towns, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove and the surrounding area. We're a local business rather than a national contractor, and we don't take on work we can't properly support.

What does Syntari actually do?

Two things: we install and configure Paxton access control systems, and we build and support Entris, our own cloud visitor management platform. Access control governs who can open which door; visitor management records who is on site.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to come back to you within one working day. Every enquiry goes to a person rather than into an automated queue, so you'll get an actual answer rather than an acknowledgement.

Can you come and look at our site?

Yes — for access control work a site visit is essential rather than optional. We need to see the doors, the frames, the cable routes and the power before anyone can sensibly quote for it.

We're just outside your usual area. Is it worth asking?

It is. We'd rather have the conversation and give you a straight answer than have you assume either way. If we can't look after a site properly at that distance, we'll say so.
