Step 01: Talk it through
Tell us what you're trying to solve — a door that needs controlling, a signing-in book that isn't working, or a whole site to cover. No survey booked until we understand the problem.
Step 02: Assess the site
We come and look. Door types, frames, cabling routes, power, network, fire integration, and how people actually move through the building at eight in the morning.
Step 03: Install and configure
Hardware fitted, system set up, users and access rules built to match how your organisation really works — not a default template we apply to everyone.
Step 04: Test, hand over, support
Everything tested door by door, your team shown how to run it day to day, and someone who knows your site to call when it needs changing.
